SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Playwlucks. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently ship to addresses in Germany only. Orders with a delivery address outside Germany cannot be processed.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Standard Shipping
Cost: free
Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Insured Express Shipping
Cost: 2.95 euros
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
Your parcel is fully insured while it is on its way to you.

You can choose your preferred option at checkout. All prices include VAT. As we ship within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import taxes to pay on delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order has been processed. In rare cases, deliveries can take a little longer due to high demand, bad weather or delays at the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@playwlucks.com with your order number. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact us at info@playwlucks.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the damage. We will look into it straight away and find a solution with you.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

All products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee. Your consumer rights are not affected by this Shipping Policy.
